The snagging app
Snag AI is a snagging app for UK construction sites and new homes. On a walkround you photograph each defect. The AI writes a clear title and description, tags the trade, the location and the severity, and spots other snags in the same photo. When you're done, the snag list becomes a client-ready PDF report, with an editable Word copy, that you can send from your phone.
It replaces the notebook, the camera roll and the evening spent typing it all up. You still check and edit every snag before it goes in the report, so the words are yours.
